In the District’s ongoing effort to ensure compliance with Section 1117 – Participation of Children Enrolled in Private Schools of the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015, meaningful consultation with non-public school officials is required during the design, development and implementation phases of the entitlement programs. Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is seeking communication with all eligible private, non-public schools, teachers, and administrators in an effort to involve you not only as a potential program participant, but also in the planning and development stages of said programs. During the participant period, you will be notified of any new grant offerings for which your schools or students may be eligible. The M-DCPS program manager for each of the entitlement programs will provide an overview of proposed activities and services available during the 2023-2024 school year.
