DISTRICT SUPERVISOR

 

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Responsible for the development and submission of grant applications to federal, state, foundation, and local funding agencies to support programs designed to improve student achievement and educator effectiveness. Research private and public funding sources to determine compatibility with District Strategic Plan, determine which funding sources should be targeted, and prepare grant proposals/applications. Work with staff district-wide to facilitate grant submittal and align grant proposals with District priorities.

Minimum salary is $68,857.

Work includes developing and writing grant applications, letters of inquiry, and related documents to secure new, and increase existing, competitive grant funding in accordance with the established District Strategic Plan. Position requires high caliber writing and editing skills.

Minimum salary is $65,579.
